DMCA Policy

Introduction: Classic Shop LLC (“we” or “us”) is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We take copyright infringement seriously and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to address claims of copyright infringement on our website.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements: If you believe that your work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with a written notification that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification: If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may provide us with a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(c) or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers: We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update this DMCA Compliance Statement at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
